Q: Customer do a self-test report, this product can do AUDI, SKODA, BMW, BENZ, but can not do Volvo, Nissan or service Erase, what’s the problem?
A: When customer do self-test, can not be connected with OBD cables, ask customer
if he plugs with obd cable? If customer does not connect with the cable, and it is always this problem, maybe the machine has a problem, it must return to repair.
 
Q: Customer feedback AUTOBOSS PC-MAX can do AUDI BENZ BMW, but can not do Nissan and Volvo.
A: Ask customers to do a self-test to submit a self-test report, do not connect OBD2 cable, connect main unit to power and connect the PC with USB.
